Replace html textarea by rich text format editor

I found this one interesting. Link here: http://nicedit.com/. How to do that?
  1. Have a look demo page from the website.
  2. Add two lines of scripts to header/footer page of the templates.
  3. That's it. The textareas existing in the sources automatically were affected by the plugins.
